Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all orders from our Byron Bay roastery Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day. Orders after 12pm ship the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75 AUD. $9.95 flat rate on orders under $75. Delivered in 3-7 business days via Australia Post.
• Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate. Delivered in 1-3 business days to metro areas, 2-5 business days to regional areas. Via Australia Post Express or StarTrack.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via Australia Post's website or the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Roast-to-Order

Coffee orders are roasted fresh after you place your order. This means there may be a 1-2 day lead time before dispatch while we roast and rest your beans. We believe the wait is worth it — you'll receive coffee that's days old, not months.

Shipping to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard shipping. Express shipping requires a street address.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand only. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International and typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll resend your order at no charge. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
