Ordering & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 AUD. Under $75, it's a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95 to all addresses. See our shipping policy for full details.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Express is 1-3 business days to metro areas and 2-5 days to regional areas. Note: coffee is roasted fresh after your order, so there may be a 1-2 day lead time before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. NZ orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. We're working on expanding to other countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All domestic orders are tracked via Australia Post.

Coffee

Is your coffee really roasted to order?

Yes. We roast in small batches at our Byron Bay roastery. Your beans are roasted within 48 hours of your order and shipped with the roast date printed on the bag. We never sell pre-roasted stock.

What grind should I choose?

It depends on your brew method. Whole bean is best if you have a grinder — you'll get the freshest flavour. Otherwise: Medium for drip/pour-over, Fine for AeroPress/Moka pot, Espresso for espresso machines. Check our brewing guide for more detail.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep beans in an airtight container at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Don't refrigerate. The resealable bags we ship in work fine for 2-3 weeks. Use within 4 weeks of the roast date for best flavour.

Are your beans organic?

Our Organic Coffee Beans are certified organic (Australian Certified Organic). Not all of our coffees carry organic certification, but all are sourced from farms using sustainable practices.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened coffee is covered by our satisfaction guarantee — if you don't like it, we'll exchange it or give store credit. See our returns policy for details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Account & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and reorder easily — but it's completely optional.
